Pandian has held responsibilities from Trainer to L&D Director and has led several change management efforts in Wipro Technologies, Murugappa group & Tata-AIG He holds over 20 years of experience.

Rajiv is a hands-on guy in Sales Management. He has worked for GlaxoSmithKline, AmbicaPharma Research, Alkem labs & Dee pharma and has experience of about 20 years.

Sivasubramaniam has over 20 years of experience in sales management & sales consulting. He has worked for Nestle, Hawkins Cookers, RPG Group & NIS.
